Good to Know
Frequently asked questions.
Membership, rewards and DB points — explained clearly.
01
Membership
Joining, tiers & benefits
How do I join the DOMIBRICK membership program?
Create a DOMIBRICK account to start. Lore Apprentice is reached at US$1 in qualifying cumulative spending; registration also has a separate 30 DB points reward.
What are the three membership tiers?
Lore Apprentice: US$1. Archive Curator: US$300. Grand Keeper of Legends: US$800. These thresholds are based on qualifying cumulative spending.
Why did completing a points task not give me a membership tier?
Points tasks earn DB rewards. Membership tiers are determined by qualifying cumulative spending, so earning task points alone does not reach a spending threshold.
What benefits are included at each tier?
Lore Apprentice includes a 5% birthday offer. Archive Curator includes an 8% birthday offer, a 100 DB reward and a free shipping benefit. Grand Keeper of Legends includes a 10% birthday offer, a 300 DB reward, a free shipping benefit and a 5% discount benefit. See the full tier comparison.
Does my membership tier expire?
All three collector tiers are configured with permanent validity.
02
Rewards & Coupons
Redeeming, using & return enquiries
What can I redeem with DB points?
Redeem percentage-off coupons, money-off coupons or the Sea Turtle Coral Reef Building Set. The options shown above range from 100 DB for a 2% coupon to 1,600 DB for a US$100-off coupon; the building set costs 599 DB.
How do I redeem a reward?
In the membership rewards area, select the reward you want and follow its redemption instructions. Use the points cost and order conditions in the reward list to choose the right option.
How do I use a redeemed coupon?
Apply the redeemed discount code at checkout and meet the coupon’s stated order requirement. All percentage-off and money-off coupons listed on this page apply to all products.
Which coupons have an order minimum?
The 100 DB coupon offers 2% off with at least one item. Money-off coupons require orders of US$69, US$129, US$179, US$229 or US$279 for savings of US$10, US$20, US$40, US$60 or US$100 respectively.
Is a 599 DB product reward the same as a discount coupon?
No. The 599 DB option is a product reward for the Sea Turtle Coral Reef Building Set. Percentage-off and money-off options are coupon rewards.
Who can help with returning a redeemed reward or a coupon used on a returned order?
Contact service@domibrick.com with the reward or coupon details and the related order number. Ask support to review the applicable return conditions before requesting a change.
03
DB Points
Earning, viewing & tier upgrades
How can I earn DB points?
Create an account, subscribe to emails, follow on Facebook or Instagram, share on Facebook, celebrate your birthday, write a product review, place orders, or receive the points reward associated with a membership tier. The amounts are listed in “How to earn DB points” above.
How many DB points do purchases earn?
Successful orders earn 1 DB for every US$1 spent.
Can I earn points for sharing on Facebook every day?
Facebook sharing earns 5 DB, with a maximum of one reward per day.
How do review rewards work?
Publishing a product review earns 20 DB. A review selected as outstanding earns an additional 50 DB.
Where can I view my DB points?
Sign in to your DOMIBRICK account and open the membership points area to see your balance. This page explains the program and does not display personal account data.
Do my earned DB points expire?
The earning settings shown for registration, subscriptions, social activities, birthdays, reviews and purchases mark the points as permanently valid from receipt. Coupon validity is separate from points validity.
Do DB points determine my membership level?
No. Membership levels use qualifying cumulative spending. Earning or redeeming DB points is separate from the spending thresholds of US$1, US$300 and US$800.
