DOMIBRICK offers free standard shipping on orders of $69.90 or more.

Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout when the order subtotal reaches $69.90 or more. No discount code is required.

This free shipping policy is currently available for orders shipped to the United States and other countries or regions supported at checkout.

Please note:

- Free shipping applies to eligible products only.
- Some oversized, special, customized, or limited items may be excluded.
- If your shipping destination is not available at checkout, we are unable to ship to that location.
- Free shipping applies to standard shipping only. Express shipping, if available, may require an additional fee.
- Final available shipping methods and costs will be shown at checkout before payment.

New Arrivals Every Week

Our website may display the promotion message “New Arrivals Every Week”. This means we regularly update our store with new products or collections. Product availability may vary and some items may sell out or be removed without prior notice.

Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 3–7 business days after payment is confirmed.

For customized products, pre-sale products, or products that require additional preparation, processing may take an additional 3–5 business days.

Lost Packages

We will help investigate the shipment with the carrier. Depending on the result of the investigation, we may offer a replacement, resend the order, or provide another suitable solution.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing an order.

DOMIBRICK is not responsible for delivery failure, return, or loss caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at service@domibrick.com. If the order has not been shipped, we will try our best to update the address. If the order has already been shipped, we may not be able to change the address.

Additional shipping fees may apply if the package needs to be resent due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by the destination country or region.

These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer. DOMIBRICK is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
