Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days after delivery.
To start a return request, please email us at service@domibrick.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and clear photos if the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing parts.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Complete with all parts, accessories, manuals, and packaging materials

Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept returns or refunds in the following situations:

Return Shipping Cost
For returns due to personal reasons, such as changing your mind or ordering the wrong item, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
If the return is caused by our error, such as a damaged item, defective item, incorrect item, or missing parts, we will help resolve the issue and may cover the replacement or return shipping cost depending on the situation.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or with missing parts, please contact us at service@domibrick.com within 7 days after delivery.

After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement, resend missing parts, provide a partial refund, or arrange another suitable solution.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, please contact us first at service@domibrick.com.
Exchanges are subject to product availability and the condition of the returned item.
Return Address
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Return addresses may vary depending on your location and order details. Once your return request is approved, we will provide the correct return address and return instructions by email.
Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted or refunded.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection. Please note that your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund to your account.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at service@domibrick.com.
If the order has not been shipped, we will try our best to cancel it. If the order has already been shipped, it may need to be handled as a return after delivery.
